We provide residential appliance repair services across Greater Fort Lauderdale and Broward County, Florida. Services include diagnosis and repair of refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, freezers, wine coolers, ice makers, range hoods, garbage disposals, and cooktops, on most major brands.
3. Service Calls & Pricing
- Service call: A flat $59.99 fee covers the visit, full diagnosis, and a written repair estimate.
- Waiver: The $59.99 service call fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
- Repair pricing: Repair price is quoted upfront in writing before any work begins. You must approve the quote before we proceed.
- Discount: $25 off the repair for new customers, seniors, and veterans (one per household, must be mentioned at booking).
- Payment: Due upon completion of repair. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Zelle, and cash.
4. Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on parts and labor for any repair we perform. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original service date, we will return and re-repair at no additional cost. Warranty does not cover:
- Issues unrelated to the original repair.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, or improper installation.
- Pre-existing or unrelated component failures.
- Appliances modified or repaired by others after our service.
5. Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge if done at least 2 hours before the scheduled window. We aim to arrive within the agreed time window and will call if running late. If we miss the window without notice, your service call fee is waived.
6. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., food spoilage, lost income, water damage from a pre-existing leak). Customer is responsible for moving valuables away from the work area before service.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the appliance and the issue.
- Provide safe, reasonable access to the appliance.
- An adult (18+) must be present during the service.
- Disclose any prior repairs, modifications, or known damage.
8. Website Use
